Chef Tomas was absolutely amazing and most definitely, the best personal chef I have ever had in my life- all 7 guests in our household would absolutely agree. The breakfast meal was incredible; perfectly cooked eggs, pumpkin pancakes with ricotta & chai syrup, potatoes, avocado toast, fresh fruit, bacon and sausage. We even had a few girls who had allergies and he never hesitated to accommodate their requests. For our last meal, he cooked an amazing local dish of a snapper and steak that melted in everyone's mouth. He arrived on time for every meal to prepare and even adjusted to our scheduled if we wanted to push back on time. You will miss out on the best meals of your life if you do not book with Chef Tomas. If the rating was between 0 and 10, I would honestly rate him a 100. We will definitely be booking Chef Tomas when we come back to Puerto Rico- he made it so special for each and everyone.

Chef Tomas is everything you want in a Chef and more. I expressed how important it was for my children (18 and 13) to experience Puerto Rican culture through food while on vacation in PR. He did an amazing job. He delivered such a great job that my children said Chef was the best part of the vacation. We looked forward to dinner every day and there were fights over leftovers. Chef Tomas introduced us to a new world and we are grateful for his care. It is hands down the best money I have ever spent.
